This four bedroom 1 1/2 bathroom house resides on an island with three multimillion dollar mansions. Guests at 1A Cooper's point in addition to getting to use all of the amenities of the Depe Dene resort, also have access to the green Harbor Beach located just across the bay from the resort. This multilevel, cottage is located 25 feet from the shores of beautiful Lake George. There's a Gazebo as well as a lanai right on the water. Each bedroom has unique views of the Lake, mountains and islands.
This was once the guest house of the 1800s mansion next door. This cottage was built in a manner so the guests would be most comfortable, having spectacular views, and to be able to wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Adirondack Mountains on the east side of the Lake. With a spacious kitchen, one and a half bathrooms, it will surely make your group feel at home. Plus full use of the resort including: pool and hot tub, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, Volley Ball Court, Horseshoe Pit, Row Boats, Paddle Boats Kayaks, Bad mitten Court, Shuffleboard.

Close to Lake Placid, Saratoga Springs, and the village of Lake George, you will find many things to do in the beautiful Adirondack Park. From the Saratoga Raceway, to the Olympic village the Lake George region is the summer place to be. The fact that People have traveled here to vacation for the past four centuries, speaks for itself, in addition to being the location of the French and Indian war, Lake George is historic. Lake George offers many other activities such as parasailing over the Adirondack Mountains, hot air balloon rides, skydiving, helicopter tours, boating, and fishing
