This is a private, affordable, and cozy cabin for couples and small families - the perfect base-camp for your Lake George vacation and exploration. Prepare meals right here in the kitchen equipped with stove top, full refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Or fire up the Barbecue Grill on your Private Deck and watch the resort activity. Cottage 6 is one of 15 cottages spaciously located on over three acres of property.

Tavel by Trolley! Leave your car at Cottage 6 and travel on the Trolley which, for an extremely reasonable fare, brings you north and south of the Village to area attractions.
Guests at the Gold Eagle have use of the 50 foot pool located near our play area (swings and sandbox). Both are away from the main road offering safe atmosphere for kids.
If you decide to prepare meals in the cottage kitchen or on the deck, why not eat outside on the table. Don’t miss a moment of the great Adirondack outdoors! You can experience the local vibe and flavor by dining at a restaurant in town or nearby. Some even offer lakeside dining! Look for Farmer’s Markets: Pick up some fresh food grown in our local Lake George community. It’s more flavorful and healthier - not to mention it helps supports the local economy.
Nearby (half an hour by car) is Saratoga with its horse racing and Performing Arts Center. There is so many “nearby” things to do: Consider a Lake George cruise. Board the Adirondac or the Horicon for a sightseeing voyage; Explore museums, theaters and historic attractions like the Natural Stone Bridge and Caves Park, Adirondack Theatre Festival, and one of our favorites Fort Ticonderoga - history come alive by land and by water.
