Unique outdoor amenities; the cabin has its own private outhouse and a private, propane heated, outdoor shower. Make the Birchwood your base-camp and let your Adirondacks adventure begin. If you are UP for it, scale any of our 46 Adirondack High Peaks.
3 miles from the village of Saranac Lake and 12 miles from Lake Placid. The cabin is located between Kiwassa Lake and Oseetah Lake. Take in a boat ride on the many waterways the area has to offer. Enjoy a show at the Pendragon theater, or Lake Placid Center for the Arts. Premier snowmobiling is just minutes away. Birchwood Cabin has four rooms with double beds, Two twins and a double pull out couch. Screened in porch.
Canoe, kayak, and golf. Go horseback riding or take in a hike. Go fishing for Bass, Pike or Walleyes or Fly fish for trout! Within 15 minutes of your cabin is: Antique Shopping; ATV Trails; Live Entertainment; Boat Rentals; Supermarkets; Marina; Museum; Public Beach; Public Boat Launch; Saturday Farmer Market. Check out the nearby Olympic venues, then take a break at one of the restaurants in Saranac Lake or Lake Placid. There's even a scenic railroad that runs from Saranac Lake to Lake Placid.

One half or rental amount is to be received by us within seven (7) days of making the reservation. The balance is to be in our hands two weeks before arrival. We only accept cash or check. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. There are no refunds issued, so please be sure of your arrival and departure dates.
