Anchor Resort Cottage 3 is brand new construction with two bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchenette with microwave, and a sparkling clean bathroom with white subway tile throughout. There is a TV and an AC unit in the comfortable combined living/dining area. Relax outside at the picnic table under the covered patio of this cozy Lake Ontario cabin with picturesque views of Little Sodus Bay. You can cook up all your favorite family meats on the patio’s charcoal grill. Free WIFI is available at the resort and guests have use of shared fire rings and grills in picnic areas. Note linens are not provided and you’ll need to bring your own. The resort has a coin-operated laundry for guests.
Fair Haven is located only 55 minutes northwest of Syracuse, NY. The Finger Lakes Region Cottage 3 places you in a great location to explore the southern shore of Lake Ontario. But it’s also just a short walk from your upstate lakefront cottage to the resort’s sandy swimming beach and marina where you can rent paddleboats, rowboats, stand-up paddleboards, and motor boats. You’ll have plenty of options to get out on/in the water and fresh air and make your next family memories.

The resort amenities include a sandy swimming beach, outdoor picnic areas with grills, a playground, a basketball court, and a marina where you can rent pedal boats, motor boats, row boats, and stand- up paddle boards. You’ll have plenty of outdoor recreational options within steps of this upstate New York cottage.
Anglers will love getting out on the lake for pan fishing in Little Sodus Bay. Local charters are available if you want to get out on the big, open water of Lake Ontario and fish for Brown Trout, Steelhead, Lake Trout, Coho/Chinook, and Small Mouth Bass. The resort has a fish cleaning station and a freezer where you can store your extra catch.
Just a short drive from your comfortable lakefront New York cottage is the 100-acre Colloca Estates with 900 feet of Lake Ontario waterfront. You can sample the distinctive Chardonnay, Riesling, and Pinot Noir wines grown at the Lake Effect Vineyard. The Tasting room and gift shop are open year-round at this northernmost stop of the Finger Lakes Tourism Region and Lake Ontario Wine Trail.
Take a short drive into downtown Fair Haven and sample the yummy breakfast/lunch menu at the Hardware Cafe and General Store. The building retains all of the charm it had as a Hardware Store, but now the General Store features local artisan clothes and crafts, toys, beach gear, antiques, books by local authors, honey, jams, and maple syrup. Gourmet coffees and ice cream are also on the menu!
