Anchor Resort Cottage 6 is a 3-bedroom/2-bath updated, doublewide modular vacation home on the shores of Lake Ontario. You’ll find large windows, a TV, and comfortable furniture in the living room decorated with pine wainscoting. The Finger Lakes vacation home is equipped with A/C, free Wi-Fi, a deck, large picnic table, and its own fire pit.
Relax on the back deck patio furniture, or spread out a family meal or board game on the large outdoor picnic table. You can even bring your favorite lawn games for family tournaments in the expansive grassy backyard. It’s just a short walk to the resort’s pier for fishing, the swimming beach, marina, and more.
The full-sized kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware. That’s everything you need to create your own delicious family meals. The eat-in dining room has a ceiling fan and a table that seats 4-6. Note: Be sure to bring your own linens. The resort has a coin-operated guest laundry.

Anchor Resort amenities include a playground, basketball court, pier, marina, and sandy swimming beach. Guests can use the picnic areas, grills, and fire rings located throughout the resort for larger group activities. Rent pontoon boats, motorboats, pedal boats, rowboats, kayaks, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards at the resort marina. Your entire family will have plenty of options within steps of this Lake Ontario cottage for exploring the bay and beyond.
Here’s you chance to charter a Lake Ontario Great Lakes experience and catch your next trophy Brown Trout, Steelhead, Lake Trout, Coho/Chinook, or Small Mouth Bass. There are several charter services in the area. Back at the resort it’s easy to prepare your impressive “catch of the day“ at the fish cleaning station, and pack it away in the resort freezer later use. Then relax for an evening around your own personal fire pit at your Finger Lakes cottage retreat.
If you are visiting during a July or August weekend, then a trip to the Sterling Renaissance Festival is a must! The festival recreates English fairs typical during the reign of Queen Elizabeth (1585). With live theater, games, rides, authentic jousting, music, dance, and delicious food, you’ll find of full day of exceptional entertainment just a short drive away from this upstate New York cottage rental.
Relax and truly unwind at the Bayview Wellness Center in Fair Haven. They offer massage, aromatherapy, energy work, and acupuncture services. Or drop in for one of their yoga, Pilates, or fitness classes. Once back at your Finger Lakes vacation retreat, you’ll appreciate the beauty of nature surrounding you even more.
