Guests love our 1860’s brick Victorian home - lots of original wood work that has been restored and pine hardwood floors. One of the focal points of this vacation home on Little Sodus is the newly renovated and fully-furnished front porch.
Inside is a main floor full kitchen with kitchen table (stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher). Larger families will appreciate the large living room and large dining room that seats 9. 4 bedrooms are located on the second level of the house.
All guests have access to the resort amenities: A sandy beach, docks, marina, campfire pits and a children’s playground.
Sleeping arrangement: Room 1: queen size bed and offers an antique renaissance feel. The ”hat room” offers a queen size brass bed and is tastefully decorated with antique hats. 3rd bedroom is decorated with an antique double bed. The the largest bedroom is #4 which has three single antique Jenny Lynn beds plus a door connecting to room 1.
