This beautiful private-built home is the perfect place to take your family and friends for a getaway on the gorgeous Lake George. This home provides the best of both worlds because it is encompassed by a lush forest and also sits right on the lake with a wonderful view! This extremely spacious home sleeps up to 16 guests containing seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and one-half bathroom. Entering the main floor, you walk into a great living room with a cozy fireplace and couches to relax. The kitchen and dining space have everything to enjoy a lovely family-style dinner with more than enough space to fit everyone comfortably. The main floor contains the half bath and the master bedroom which has a king bed and access to the walk-out porch in the back.
Moving upstairs to the second level of the home, you will find five other bedrooms. This floor has a large laundry room equipped to handle all of the messes that come along with a fun family vacation. The first two bedrooms both contain a queen bed and have a Jack and Jill style bathroom. The third bathroom has another full bathroom attached and a queen bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two beds, one room with queen beds and one room with twin beds. Moving down to the lake level, you will find a bedroom with one twin bunk bed and two twin beds, a full bath, a laundry room, and a charming living room.
Several unique features make this home a spectacular place to visit! It has a beautiful back porch extending the length of the house giving a perfect view of Lake George. Further, there is a boathouse that can fit a 26-foot boat with a sun deck above to bask in the sun. After a long day in the sun, walk through the lake level suite to find a charming outdoor shower. Other fantastic features include the fire pit, BBQ grill, and two kayaks, and two paddle boards to enjoy!
There are plenty of fun activities to do on the Hidden Pines property such as; kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, swimming in the lake, or cozying up to the bonfire to roast marshmallows. But if you want to take an adventure out in the nearby area, the Lake George region does not disappoint. Just 10 minutes from the Lake George Village you can bring the family and go on a guided 3.5-mile whitewater rafting trip on the Sacandaga River! If you want to explore “the land that protects the lake” you can take a breathtaking hike through the many trails that Lake George has to offer. Bring your bike along and bike through the different biking trails that are offered as well. There is something for everyone to enjoy on the various trails!
If the adults of the trip want to do something less active and outdoors, they can sign up for the Adirondack Craft Beverage Trail passport which features 16 local craft beverage producers. You can sample locally-produced soft drinks, spirits, wine, beer and enjoy a meal at several locations in the friendly communities.
